Head chef Ciaran Molloy, combines fresh West Country produce with world ingredients for mouth-watering cuisine that will be a highlight of your stay. There are lighter meals in the bars, and in summer months our terrace is the perfect setting for informal barbecues and live cooking. But if you’re a real foodie, then book a table in our Rosette award winning restaurant and enjoy dishes such as Tian of Crab, Grilled Fillet Mignon or Braised Salmon.
