Each of the lounges are located in the Mansion House and are open to all overnight guests and non-residents alike. The three Royal lounges all offer a degree of sumptuousness, making a great location for elevenses, afternoon tea or a pre-dinner drink. Each lounge offers floor to ceiling windows with a light and spacious feel.
The Princess Elizabeth lounge is the smaller of the three lounges and features a decorative fireplace, bookcase and views to the front of the hotel. The Queen Charlotte lounge has views to the city and is the largest lounge complete with sofas and open fireplace. The Duke of Clarence lounge offers views to the city and an array of seating.
The historic surroundings of Bailbrook House lend themselves perfectly to the British tradition of afternoon tea. This is served in the Mansion House Royal lounges on a pre-booked basis and consists of a selection of leaf teas, warm scones, cupcakes, finger sandwiches and a variety of home-made cakes. For that extra indulgence, just add Champagne.
