How to get to Bailbrook House Hotel, Bath
Bailbrook House Hotel is one of the leading business conference venues in the West of England, with excellent connections to Bath and Bristol, and easy access from all points of the compass.

Getting here by road
- Leave the M4 at junction 18 and follow the signs for Bath on the A46.
- Continue on the A46 for eight miles.
- As you approach Bath the road becomes a dual-carriageway and goes down a long hill (watch out for the speed camera on this down-slope).
- At the bottom of the hill take the slip road signed to Bath City Centre.
- Take the first exit, left, at this large roundabout (away from the City Centre).
- 200 metres on the left, you will see a sign for Bailbrook House
- Note that there is a separate exit on the left, just before you get to the exit for Bailbrook House Hotel, for our neighbour ‘Bailbrook Lodge’.
Note:
Please be advised that even though our building is over two hundred years old, if you enter our actual postcode into all satnav's and route-finders, you will be led onto a very small country lane behind Bailbrook House Hotel. Therefore to avoid these difficulties as this is an access only road, we suggest you enter BA1 7DA which will bring you to the road at the bottom of our driveway.
Bailbrook House Hotel can be found opposite a row of residential properties, clearly signposted by a cream and grey sign and is located at the top of Eveleigh Avenue.
By rail
- Bath Spa railway station is just 90 minutes from London Paddington.
- Trains arrive from London every 30 minutes.
- Trains arrive from Bristol 4-5 times an hour.

By air
- Bristol International Airport is less than an hour’s drive from Bailbrook House Hotel.
- Helicopters may land in the grounds of Bailbrook House on arrangement (GPS co-ordinates: N5124.13 W00220.05 (Bailbrook + 327 ft AMSL) NE Bath 3.0nm SW of Colerne.
