Note:
Please be advised that even though our building is over two hundred years old, if you enter our actual postcode into all satnav's and route-finders, you will be lead onto a very small country lane behind Bailbrook House. Therefore to avoid these difficulties, we suggest you enter BA1 7DA which will bring you to the road at the bottom of our driveway.
Bailbrook House Hotel can be found opposite a row of residential properties, clearly signposted by a cream and grey sign and is located at the top of
Eveleigh Avenue.
Nearest Train Station:
Bath Spa (from London Paddington).
Taxis:
Please call Reception, who will be happy to arrange for a taxi to meet you at the station/airport and advise of price.
Car Parking:
There is plenty of parking on-site, which is free for guests and delegates.
Bedrooms
Check-in: from 2.00pm
Check-out (weekdays): by 10.00am
Check-out (weekends): by 10.30am
Late check-out may be arranged on-request, subject to availability.
All bedrooms include en-suite bathroom, toiletries, remote control television, direct-dial telephone (charges detailed in your bedroom), iron with ironing board, and hot-drink making facilities.
Accessibility:
Disabled facilities are available at Bailbrook House Hotel - please telephone Reception before you arrive to ensure we allocate a suitable bedroom. If you are coming as part of a conference, please ensure your organiser is aware of your needs.
Food and Drink
Main bar: open to guests from 17:00 - 00:00.
The Conservatory Bar: is open throughout the day.
Breakfast: a buffet-style breakfast is available from 7.00-9.00am Monday to Friday, and from 8.00-10:30am on Saturday and Sunday, in Gabriels Restaurant. Breakfast can be delivered to your room if you need to leave especially early or fancy breakfast in bed.
Lunch: an extensive hot and cold buffet (with healthy and vegetarian options) is served from 12:30 - 2.00pm in Gabriels Restaurant.
Dinner: A Lounge menu is available from 9.30am until 9.30pm.
A seasonal Table D Hote menu is available in Gabriels, our 1 Rosette award winning Restaurant every evening.
A full Childrens menu is available throughout.
Please be aware that on selected dates in December, Gabriels Restaurant will be closed.

All of our bedrooms and public areas are non-smoking.

A qualified First-Aider is always on-site.
Leisure
At Bailbrook House Hotel we have a fully-equipped gymnasium, sauna, all-weather tennis court and a games room. You are advised to bring suitable clothing should you wish to use the leisure facilities. Tennis balls and racquets, as well as footballs for five-a-side, are available to borrow from Reception, and towels are provided in the nearby changing rooms.
Security
We ask that our guests carry a visitor’s badge while at Bailbrook House Hotel, and you may be asked to show this at times.
