There is plenty of parking on-site, which is free for guests and delegates.
Bedrooms
Check-in: from 2.00pm
Check-out (weekdays): by 10.00am
Check-out (weekends): by 10.30am
Late check-out may be arranged on-request, subject to availability.
All bedrooms include en-suite bathroom, White Company toiletries, remote control television, direct-dial telephone (charges detailed in your bedroom), iron with ironing board, hot-drink making facilities and bottled mineral water.
Accessibility:
Disabled facilities are available at Bailbrook House - please telephone Reception before you arrive to ensure we allocate a suitable bedroom. If you are coming as part of a conference, please ensure your organiser is aware of your needs.
Food and Drink
Main bar: open to guests from 17:00 - 00:00.
The Conservatory Bar: is open throughout the day.
Breakfast: a buffet-style breakfast is available from 7.00-9.00am Monday to Friday, and from 8.00-10:30am on Saturday and Sunday, in the Dining Room. Breakfast can be delivered to your room if you need to leave especially early or fancy breakfast in bed.
Lunch: an extensive hot and cold buffet (with healthy and vegetarian options) is served from 12:30 - 2.00pm in the Dining Room.
Dinner: a Lounge menu is available from 9.30am until 9.30pm.
Monday - Thursday a seasonal Table D Hote menu is available in our 1 Rosette award winning Restaurant.
Friday through to Sunday evening we serve a sumptious A laCarte menu.
A full Childrens menu is available throughout.

All of our bedrooms and public areas are non-smoking.
First Aid
A qualified First-Aider is always on-site.
Leisure
At Bailbrook House we have a fully-equipped gymnasium, sauna, all-weather tennis court and a games room. You are advised to bring suitable clothing should you wish to use the leisure facilities. Tennis balls and racquets, as well as footballs for five-a-side, are available to borrow from Reception, and towels are provided in the nearby changing rooms.
Security
We ask that our guests carry a visitor’s badge while at Bailbrook House, and you may be asked to show this at times.
