Our Day Meeting Package (DMP) is fully inclusive – so no nasty surprises when you receive your invoice. You’ll find our flexible attitude extends to the timings and the general arrangements of your day.
Day Meeting Package (DMP)
- Use of a suitably sized meeting room, featuring natural daylight, high-quality furniture, bottled mineral water, OHP and data projector.
- Unlimited meeting room consumables and support from a specialist Conference Services team.
- Free car parking.
- Placecards, paper pads, pencils, stationary toolkit.
- Direct-dial phone line.
- Unlimited refreshments throughout the day (including tea, coffee, fresh fruit, biscuits, cake).
- Extensive four course hot- and cold-buffet lunch, with healthy and vegetarian options.
- Unrestricted access to Bailbrook House leisure facilities.
- Goody bags on departure.
- Up to 15 delegates: one syndicate room included.
- More than 15 delegates: two syndicate rooms included.
