 ‘We held our wedding reception at Bailbrook House on 30th April 2011, and felt I had to write a review even though I don't usually do this, just to emphasise how amazing the hotel staff were at organising our special day. Special thanks to Jemma Hillman and Darren, both of whom were central to how the day went, as well as the run-up to it. Any questions I had, they answered; and on the day itself, whatever requests we had, they fulfilled. The flexibility afforded by them really helped, and Darren was there from the moment we arrived until the last guest had left, and somehow managed to look fresh again when we saw him at breakfast the next day! The food was of really high quality, and many guests mentioned how much they enjoyed the fantastic roast beef which was served at the wedding reception. Darren understood exactly what I was trying to explain from table centrepiece settings, to fairy light arrangements, and everything was organised really well. I can't say enough thanks to Jemma, Darren, and all the staff at Bailbrook House (especially the nice lady who served us at our meal tasting) for helping make our wedding day such a memorable and fantastic day!’ Rich and Wai
